OUR MISSION
We shed light on the stories of women in history who defied odds and made an incredible impact on STEAM but do not receive enough recognition for their creativity and ambition. Our platform aims to empower the next generation of female change-makers to follow in these powerful women’s footsteps. Many schools’ science curriculum mainly highlights male scientists and mathematicians when women have made just as impressive of contributions to the fields. We want to rewrite the narrative about women’s involvement in STEAM and bring attention to how diverse and inspiring women’s history is.

A mission is to allow high school students with a passion for computer science to use their skills for the benefit of the community. Coding 4 Community is dedicated to creating apps and websites for deserving and underfunded nonprofit organizations.
HEADSTARTSTEM
headstartSTEM is a non-profit organization that aims to inform high school students of the numerous different careers, paths, and opportunities in STEM. By making resources equally accessible, we at headstartSTEM hope to empower all students, especially women and other minority groups, in pursuing their STEM careers.
